This version is mounted on a slant type bed and can be equipped with the following types of mill head - "F85", "C" and "S". In order to obtain excellent visibility of the work and superior swarf removal, the axis of the transverse carriage is inclined to 45°. The machine bed is constructed in Electro welded steel, monolithic in structure, which solves the problem of torsional stress and rigidity. The guideways are integral with the structure and are induction hardened and ground. The distance between two contiguous guideways is 630 mm. Total bed width is 840 mm and length is made to order. The re-circulating ball lead screw is positioned at the rear of the machine and is non-rotating. The chip conveyor located in the lower front of the bed, along with the machine guard, this guard can be affixed onto the carriage and will follow its movements.
